Give other people access to your account · Galaxium Hosting help
Invite a friend, developer or accountant with a role, limit them to certain services, and remove access when you're done.
Team access lets other people manage your services without your password. Each person signs in with their own Galaxium Hosting account, and everything they do is logged under their email.
Roles
| Role | What they can do | |---|---| | Full access | Everything you can do except team access, security settings and deleting the account: manage services, order, pay. | | Technical | Manage services and open support tickets. Can view billing but can't pay, order or change plans. | | Billing | Invoices, payments, payment methods and adding funds. No access to services. | | Read-only | Can look at everything shared with them but can't change anything. |
Only Full access members can delete or cancel services. No member can ever see or change your security settings or team access, or delete your account.
Invite someone
- Open the profile menu (top right) and choose Team access.
- Click Give access.
- Enter their Email address. They must sign in to Galaxium Hosting with this email to accept.
- Choose a Role.
- Under Services, choose All services (including future ones) or Only selected services and tick the ones to share.
- Click Create invitation.
We email the invite link to them, and the page shows it too so you can send it yourself. An invitation is valid for 14 days. If it expires or gets lost, click New invite link; earlier links stop working.
You can share your account with up to 25 people.
Limited to selected services
A member limited to selected services sees only those services. They can't use the AI Router, and in billing they can only view the invoices and subscriptions of the shared services.
Change or remove access
On Team access, find the person under Users that have access to your account:
- Edit changes their role or services.
- Remove ends their access right away. Anything they created, such as API keys, is revoked.
After you remove someone, the page may list Credentials to change: passwords they could have seen. Change each one, then click Done next to it.
If someone invited you
- Sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to. Set up a free account first if you don't have one; see Create your account and sign in.
- Open the invite link, or go to Team access and click Accept under Invitations for you.
- To work on their account, open the profile menu and pick it under Switch account. A banner reminds you whose account you're in. Click Back to my account to return.
To give up access, click Leave under Accounts you can access.
Note: Everything a member does shows up in Account activity under Team member actions.
