See where you're signed in and recent account activity · Galaxium Hosting help
Check your signed-in devices and sign-in history, sign out a device you don't recognize, and see what team members changed.
Two pages show who is using your account: Security lists the devices signed in right now, and Account activity shows past sign-ins and team member actions. Both are in the profile menu (top right).
Devices signed in now
- Open the profile menu and choose Security.
- Scroll to Where you're signed in. Each row shows the browser and system, the IP address, when it was Last active and when it Signed in. Your current device is marked This device.
- Click Sign out next to any device to end that session.
Sign out everywhere else ends every session except the one you're using.
Note: Signing out everywhere else also revokes every personal API token for AI assistants (see Let an AI assistant manage your account with an API token). Tick Also revoke all AI Router API keys only if you think someone else used your account: apps using those keys stop working until you create new ones.
Sessions last 30 days unless you sign out.
Sign-in history
Open the profile menu and choose Account activity. Sign-in history lists recent sign-ins with the date and time, device, IP address, method and Result, which shows whether the sign-in worked.
Team member actions
If you've given people team access, Team member actions on the same page lists what each member did, when, and whether it was allowed. Actions their role doesn't permit show as Blocked.
Don't recognize a device or sign-in?
- Go to Security and click Secure my account under Don't recognize a device?.
- Confirm with Sign out everywhere else. Every other device is signed out, and we flag it for our team.
- Click Change password and choose a new password.
- Check your two-factor methods with Manage two-factor, and remove any you don't recognize.
- If anything else looks wrong, open a ticket.
