Whether tax is added to your order, and how to get your company details and tax number on invoices.

Is tax added to my order?

No sales tax or VAT is added on top of our prices. The total shown before you pay is the total you are charged.

If tax ever applies to an order, it is shown as its own Tax line in the order total before you pay, and on the invoice and receipt.

Adding funds and buying gift cards never have tax added: they are prepayments, not purchases of a service.

Put your company and tax number on invoices

• Open Billing → Billing details.
• Fill in Full name, Company, your address and Country (the two-letter code, for example US, DE or GB).
• Enter your Tax ID / VAT number if you have one. It is printed on your invoices.
• Click Save details.

Note: Billing details apply to new invoices only. Past invoices keep the details they were issued with, so set them up before you order if you need them on your first invoice.

Your address is also used to work out where your purchases were made, which we need for our own tax records. Please keep it up to date.
