Check service status and maintenance · Galaxium Hosting help
Use the status page to see whether a service has a known problem, what maintenance is planned, and how we tell you about it.
If something isn't working, check the status page before opening a ticket. It shows whether we already know about a problem and what we're doing about it.
Open the status page
Go to System status. It's also linked as System status in the website footer.
What it shows
- Overall state at the top, for example All systems operational or Some systems are degraded.
- Active incidents, with updates as they happen: Investigating, Identified, Monitoring and Resolved.
- Services: each part of Galaxium Hosting, such as the website and control panel, VPS hosting, the AI Router API, and domains and DNS. Each has a state and a 90-day history bar.
- Scheduled maintenance in the next 14 days.
- Past incidents from the last 30 days.
Service states, from best to worst:
| State | Meaning | |---|---| | Operational | Working normally. | | Under maintenance | Planned work is in progress. | | Degraded performance | Working, but slower or with occasional errors. | | Partial outage | Some customers or features are affected. | | Major outage | The service is down. |
Some problems are found automatically by our monitoring and show as Detected by our monitoring. Details follow on the page if customers are affected.
How we tell you
- If an incident or maintenance affects a service you use, we email you, as long as Service status and changes is on in Notification settings.
- Planned maintenance also shows as a banner on Home and in the news there.
