Report abuse from a Galaxium Hosting service · Galaxium Hosting help
How to report spam, phishing, malware, attacks or copyright problems coming from a Galaxium Hosting server, domain or IP address.
If a server, website, domain or IP address hosted with Galaxium Hosting is sending spam, hosting phishing or malware, attacking other systems or breaking our rules in another way, tell us. You don't need an account to report it.
How to report
Choose one:
- Email [email protected].
- Use the contact form and choose the topic Report abuse.
- Customers: open a ticket in the Abuse department.
What to include
Reports with evidence are handled fastest:
- The IP address, domain or URL involved.
- The date, time and time zone of the activity.
- What happened, with evidence such as log extracts or the full email headers of a spam message.
- How we can contact you.
Copyright complaints
Copyright complaints follow a separate process. See our DMCA and copyright policy.
Urgent and illegal content
- If you find child sexual abuse material, also report it to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.
- If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
What happens next
We review every report against our Acceptable Use Policy. For most problems we contact the customer and give them a deadline to fix it. For serious harm we act straight away, which can mean suspending the service.
We don't share the customer's details with you, and we may not be able to tell you the outcome.
Got an abuse ticket about your own service?
Read it carefully and fix the problem before the deadline. If your server was hacked, it may need a clean reinstall. Reply on the ticket to tell us what you did, or if you think we got it wrong.
