Delete your account · Galaxium Hosting help
What has to be done first, what deleting removes, and what we keep for legal reasons.
You can delete your Galaxium Hosting account yourself. It can't be undone.
Before you can delete
The Delete account page checks three things and lists anything in the way:
- No services still being paid for. Cancel each one in Billing → Subscriptions first. See Cancel or change a plan.
- No unpaid invoices. Pay them from Invoices.
- No negative balance. If your balance is below zero, add funds to settle it.
Warning: Cancelled services normally keep running until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your account removes them right away, even if time is left. If you want to use that time, wait until it ends before deleting.
What is deleted
- Every service on your account, with all its data. Back up anything you want to keep first.
- Your profile, team access, saved payment methods, API keys and support tickets.
- Any account credit left on your account. It is not refundable once the account is deleted, so contact support first if you want it back.
- Any AI credits left on your account.
Your Galaxium Hosting account sign-in is deactivated too.
What we keep
Invoices and payment records are kept for our accounting records, as the law requires.
Delete your account
- Open the profile menu (top right), choose Account information and click Delete account.
- Read the list of what will be deleted.
- Type your email address to confirm.
- Click Permanently delete account.
You're signed out and see Your account has been deleted.
Note: If you only want to stop paying, you don't need to delete your account. Cancel your services and they won't renew.
