Can ZeroClaw use my Galaxium AI credits?

Yes. In quickstart, choose a custom OpenAI-compatible provider and give it the AI Router address and a key you create under AI Router.

Why is the dashboard on localhost?

So nobody else can reach it before you've paired. Open it through an SSH tunnel; chat channels (Telegram, Discord...) work without opening any port.
